Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Supportpheresis operations by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and documenting data during the pheresis process. Responsibilities: ensure proper machine setup, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, monitor donor reactions, record incidents using PDA, link equipment to donor records, communicate flow issues, and maintain compliance with SOPs, HSE, and OSHA policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience, preferably in a medical or health-related environment; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and observe safety protocols. High-Value: blood/plasma pheresis procedures, donor safety, equipment monitoring, data recording, exposure to biosafety risks, support for hyper immune programs, work in a fast-paced environment. WorkSetup: physical presence in center, with potential overtime and extended hours; may require lifting up to 25 pounds, and use of PPE; bilingual skills may be preferred.
