Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process integrity. Responsibilities: set up machinery, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data accurately in electronic systems, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and follow safety protocols. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months’ experience, preferably in a medical or health setting; basic math skills. High-Value: involves donor pheresis procedures, process monitoring, equipment management, and data recording; applicable in hyperimmune programs; adheres to HSE and OSHA policies. WorkSetup: physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs; environment may involve exposure to hazardous chemicals and blood-borne pathogens; overtime and extended hours may be required.
