Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Perform and monitor the pheresis process in a biopharma or blood collection setting, ensuring donor safety, process accuracy, and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities: prepare donors, equipment, and records; monitor and respond to alarms and donor reactions; document incidents and donor data electronically; maintain a clean, safe work environment; support hyper immune programs if applicable; possibly cross-train in other areas and assist with ensuring supplies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months’ experience in medical or health-related settings or related education; basic math skills. High-Value: blood/plasma collection, pheresis procedures, donor safety, process documentation, compliance with HSE and OSHA policies, potential involvement in hyper immune programs.
