Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data using PDA, maintain a clean environment, and adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. High-Value: involvement in blood or plasma donation processes,pheresis procedures, safety compliance (HSE, OSHA), data management, potential cross-training, and bilingual skills preferred. WorkSetup: physically demanding environment with exposure to bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and extreme temperatures; extended hours and overtime may be required.
