Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors during pheresis, respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data electronically, maintain a safe and clean environment, and adhere to safety and confidentiality policies. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience in medical or healthcare settings or similar; basic math skills; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
