Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring procedural accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors during pheresis, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data accurately in electronic systems, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure compliance with HSE and OSHA protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment; basic math skills. High-Value: blood/plasma donation, pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, data recording, safety protocols, potential cross-training, bilingual skills may be required. Work Setup: physical environment with frequent standing, walking, manual dexterity, lifting up to 25 pounds, exposure to chemicals and pathogens; overtime and extended hours may be necessary.
