Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Donor Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring the pheresis process, ensuring donor safety, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: set up donor and equipment, monitor and respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, observe donor reactions, record incidents and data in electronic systems, and ensure a clean, safe work environment in compliance with HSE and OSHA policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months’ experience, preferably in a medical or health setting; basic math skills. Preferred skills include bilingual ability if required.
