Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data accurately using PDA, maintain a clean environment, and ensure adherence to safety, health, and confidentiality policies. May provide cross-training and bilingual support.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months of work experience, preferably in medical or healthcare settings; basic math skills. Ability to follow instructions, observe equipment, and perform manual tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds. Physical demands include standing, walking, and occasional bending or kneeling in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment.
