Customer Service-Donor Support Technician (Bilingual-Spanish/English)

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment and monitoring donors during apheresis procedures. Responsibilities: set up and disassemble autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms or adverse reactions, accurately record process data using PDA, maintain a clean work environment, ensure supply availability, and adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months of work experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment; basic math skills; physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds; familiarity with safety procedures related to hazardous chemicals and bloodborne pathogens. High-Value: blood donor center, pheresis procedures, process monitoring, equipment prep, safety compliance; potential cross-training; bilingual skills may be preferred. Work setup: fast-paced environment requiring overtime and extended hours; onsite. Compensation: $16.61–$18.13/hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
