Role: Donorpheresis technician responsible for preparing and monitoring the pheresis process, ensuring donor and equipment readiness, and maintaining safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors during procedures, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data using PDA, ensure proper equipment linkage, alert supervisors to flow issues, and maintain a clean environment in compliance with SOPs and safety policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills.
