Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring donors and equipment during the pheresis process in a biopharma or blood center setting. Objectives: ensure safe, accurate, and efficient collection while maintaining compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and data recording standards. Responsibilities include preparing donor areas and machines, monitoring the process, responding to alarms, disconnecting donors post-procedure, documenting incidents via PDA, and ensuring a clean work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months’ experience in a medical or health environment or related fields; basic math skills. Preferred skills include bilingual ability and cross-training in other operational areas. High-Value: Focus on blood/plasma collection, pheresis procedures, adherence to HSE and OSHA policies, and data integrity in electronic systems.
