Role: Donor Processing Technician in a biopharma setting, supporting pheresis procedures for plasma collection. Responsibilities: prepare donors, equipment, and environment; monitor and respond to alarms and donor reactions during pheresis; accurately record data using PDA and maintain compliance with SOPs and safety policies; ensure proper documentation and maintain a clean workspace. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience in medical or health-related environments or related education; basic math skills. High-Value: focus on plasma collection via pheresis, adherence to HSE and OSHA standards, data integrity, and confidentiality.
