Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Mobile phlebotomy technician supporting blood donor centers, responsible for preparing and monitoring the autopheresis machine and donor during pheresis procedures. Main duties include equipment setup, donor monitoring, alarm response, data recording via PDA, and ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs, HSE, and OSHA policies. Responsibilities also encompass maintaining a clean work environment, managing supplies, and documenting incidents and donor information accurately. The role may involve cross-training in other areas and bilingual communication, depending on organizational needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months’ experience preferably in a medical or health environment; basic math skills. Work conditions include standing, walking, manual dexterity, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a fast-paced setting with exposure to biohazards, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
