Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Support donor pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring the process, and ensuring safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and data via PDA, maintain a safe and clean environment, and follow HSE/OSHA policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months’ experience in medical or health settings or similar education; basic math skills. High-Value: involvement in blood-derived products, pheresis process, donor safety, data management, health safety protocols, potential cross-training, bilingual skills may be preferred. Work setup: manual, fast-paced environment requiring standing, walking, manual dexterity, lifting up to 25 lbs., extended hours, and PPE use.
