Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, observe donors during procedures, respond to alarms and adverse reactions, record incidents and donor information via PDA, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Education & Experience: high school diploma; minimum 3 months' experience, preferably in medical or health settings; basic math skills. High-Value: blood donor/pheresis procedures, equipment monitoring, donor safety, data management, OSHA/HSE compliance, and potential cross-training. WorkSetup: physical tasks in a fast-paced environment; may require overtime, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working with hazardous materials; bilingual skills may be preferred.
