Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual- English/Spanish)

Role: Support pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data accurately, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Requirements: high school diploma; at least 3 months’ experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and working in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment. HighValue: blood/plasma pheresis, donor monitoring, equipment setup, data recording, safety and compliance, potential cross-training; bilingual skills may be preferred. WorkSetup: physically demanding, with extended hours and overtime required.
