Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring procedural accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor and respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data via PDA, ensure safety and compliance with SOPs, maintain a clean work environment, and assist in other areas as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience in healthcare or related environment; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and handle physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working with hazardous materials in a fast-paced setting.
