Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Supportpheresis operations by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process safety and accuracy. Responsibilities: set up and disconnect autopheresis machines, monitor donors for reactions, respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data via PDA, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and follow SOPs, HSE, and OSHA policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months' experience in medical or health-related settings or relevant education; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions, perform manual tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. HighValue: blood/plasma donation, pheresis procedures, safety compliance, exposure to biohazards, and working extended hours. WorkSetup: physical, with standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and PPE use; OT and extended hours may be required; environment includes exposure to hazardous chemicals and bloodborne pathogens.
