Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring donor procedures, ensuring equipment readiness, and accurately documenting process and donor data. Responsibilities: prepare donors, equipment, and supplies; oversee pheresis procedures, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure; monitor donor health during and after; record incidents and data in electronic systems; maintain a clean and safe work environment; ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality policies; may be cross-trained or bilingual as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ months experience in healthcare or related environment; ability to perform basic math; familiarity with SOPs and data documentation. High-Value: experience in blood/plasma donation,pheresis processes, or medical settings; familiarity with electronic data recording; adherence to HSE and OSHA policies; potential involvement with hyperimmune programs; possibly cross-trained or bilingual.
