Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Support donor pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring the process, and ensuring safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data using PDA, maintain a clean environment, and follow safety protocols. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ months experience in medical or health environment preferred; basic math skills. High-Value: involves biological procedures (pheresis), donor management, safety and compliance with HSE/OSHA, data documentation, and potential cross-training. WorkSetup: physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to hazardous materials; overtime and extended hours may be necessary.
