: Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring donor pheresis procedures, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities: set up donor area and equipment, monitor donors during the process, respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data accurately using PDA, and ensure a safe, clean work environment. May be cross-trained and require bilingual skills based on organizational needs. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months’ relevant experience, preferably in medical or healthcare settings; ability to perform basic math.
