Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Donor Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring the pheresis process, ensuring donor safety, and maintaining accurate data records. Responsibilities: set up and operate autopheresis equipment, monitor donors during procedures, respond to alarms, document incidents via PDA, link equipment and donor info, and ensure compliance with SOPs, HSE, and OSHA policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months’ experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields; basic math skills. High-value: focus on blood/plasma donation processes, pheresis procedures, donor safety, and data management; may include cross-training and bilingual skills to support operational needs.
