Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring procedural accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donor reactions, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents via PDA, link equipment to donors, communicate flow issues to supervisors, maintain data in electronic systems, ensure a clean work environment, adhere to safety policies, and maintain confidentiality. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months previous work experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and observe procedures; manual dexterity; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; physically capable of standing, walking, reaching, and performing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
