Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors and machine operation, and recording data. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, observe for donor reactions, document incidents using PDA, link equipment to donors, notify supervisors of flow issues, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and confidentiality policies. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months’ experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions; manual dexterity; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment. High-Value: donor management, pheresis procedures, equipment operation, safety compliance, data recording, and potential cross-training. Work setup involves overtime and extended hours; physical and safety precautions are required.
