Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring the donor, equipment, and process during pheresis procedures. Core responsibilities include donor preparation, machine setup, process monitoring, responding to alarms, disconnecting donors post-procedure, and recording data accurately in electronic systems. Ensures safety, maintains a clean environment, follows HSE and OSHA policies, and maintains confidentiality. May be cross-trained and bilingual skills could be required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 months’ experience in medical or health-related environments or equivalent education. Basic math skills required. High-Value: Focused on blood/plasma collection via pheresis, supporting hyperimmune programs if applicable, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
