Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Support pheresis procedures as a Processor, responsible for preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process accuracy and safety. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donor reactions, respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data electronically, maintain a clean and compliant work environment, and ensure supplies are available. Requires adherence to safety and confidentiality policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 months' experience (preferably in healthcare or related field), basic math skills, and ability to follow detailed instructions. High-Value: role supports blood and plasma collection, with exposure to hazardous chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and extreme temperatures; may involve working extended hours, overtime, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Work setup involves standing, walking, manual dexterity, and use of PPE in a fast-paced environment.
