Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Phlebotomy/Collection Technician supporting donor pheresis procedures, responsible for preparing equipment and monitoring donation processes. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data electronically, ensure safety protocols and cleanliness, and support center operations. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 months in medical or health-related environment, basic math skills. Preferred: bilingual in English/Spanish, previous healthcare, customer service, or donor-facing experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
