Role: Support pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process accuracy and safety. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, observe donors during treatment, respond to alarms and adverse reactions, record incidents and donor data electronically, maintain a clean and compliant work environment, and ensure safety protocols. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months of work experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions, perform manual tasks, and lift up to 25 pounds.
