Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Donor Technician responsible for supporting the pheresis process in a biopharma or blood donation setting. Objectives: ensure safe, accurate, and efficient pheresis procedures; monitor donors; record data; maintain a compliant and safe environment. Responsibilities: prepare donors, equipment, and work area; monitor and respond to alarms or adverse reactions; disconnect donors post-procedure; document incidents and donor information electronically; ensure supplies and safety policies are adhered to; promote safety and confidentiality; potentially cross-train in other areas. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience in medical or health-related environment or relevant education; capable of basic math; bilingual skills may be preferred.
