Customer Service-Donor Support Technician

Role: Supportpheresis center operations by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process accuracy and safety. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors during pheresis, respond to alarms, record incidents using PDA, link equipment to donors, communicate flow issues, maintain accurate electronic records, ensure a clean work environment, and follow safety protocols. May assist in other areas and support hyperimmune programs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 months' experience, preferably in medical or health settings; basic math skills. High-Value: pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, equipment setup, safety compliance, data recording, potentially in hyperimmune programs. WorkSetup: physically demanding in a fast-paced environment, frequent interruptions, exposure to hazards, requiring PPE, with overtime as needed.
