Role: Support donor pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process safety and accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donor reactions, record process data via PDA, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, maintain a clean environment, ensure supply availability, follow safety protocols, and document incidents per SOPs. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 monthsβ experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions; manual dexterity; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds; capable of working in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment with PPE. High-Value: pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, equipment setup, data recording, safety and compliance (OSHA/HSE), experience in blood or healthcare settings. WorkSetup: physical, with extended hours and overtime, in a blood center environment.
