Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the apheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up and operate pheresis machines, monitor donor reactions, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, document incidents and donor data electronically, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety policies. May be cross-trained and required to assist in other areas; bilingual skills could be needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience, preferably in healthcare or related settings; basic math skills.
