Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Supportpheresis center operations by preparing and monitoring donor equipment and processes during platelet or plasma collection. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms or adverse reactions, disconnect donors post-procedure, document incidents and process data accurately in electronic systems, and maintain a clean, safe work environment per HSE/OSHA standards. Additional duties include ensuring supplies are available, supporting other areas as needed, and maintaining donor confidentiality. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 months’ healthcare or related experience, basic math skills, and ability to follow instructions. Preferred skills include bilingual ability and cross-training to support team flexibility.
