Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Phlebotomy Technician supporting plasmapheresis procedures at a biopharma center. Responsibilities include preparing the autopheresis machine, monitoring donors and the process, responding to alarms, disconnecting donors post-procedure, recording incidents and donor data accurately, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. The technician maintains safety protocols, confidentiality, and may be cross-trained in other areas. Qualifications: high school diploma; at least 3 months of medical or health-related experience or equivalent education; basic math skills. High-value specifics: work in a blood/plasma collection setting supporting hyperimmune programs, with exposure to bloodborne pathogens and hazardous chemicals; physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, manual dexterity, and adherence to safety protocols.
