Customer Service- Donor Support Technician

Role: Support pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: prepare autopheresis machines, monitor donors during the process, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data per SOPs, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure compliance with HSE and OSHA policies. May assist in other areas or be cross-trained; bilingual skills may be required. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 months’ experience in medical or health-related environment; basic math skills. HighValue: involved in blood component collection, supporting hyperimmune and other plasma programs, working with bloodborne pathogens, in a fast-paced setting. WorkSetup: primarily on-site with physical requirements such as standing, manual dexterity, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, with extended hours and potential overtime.
