Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the preparation and monitoring of pheresis procedures, ensuring donor safety and process accuracy. Responsibilities: prepare autopheresis machines, monitor donors, respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data in electronic systems, and ensure a clean, safe work environment adhering to HSE and OSHA policies. The role involves maintaining donor confidentiality, possibly cross-training in other areas, and communicating effectively with team members. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months' experience, preferably in medical or health-related settings; basic math skills. High-Value: involvespheresis procedures, donor monitoring, process documentation, and adherence to safety protocols in a blood collection environment. Work setup: physical demands include standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; environment includes exposure to bloodborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and extreme temperatures; overtime may be required. Bilingual skills may be preferred.
