Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Ensure preparation, monitoring, and completion of the pheresis process, including equipment setup and donor safety oversight. Responsibilities: prepare autopheresis machines, monitor donors and alarms, respond to adverse reactions, record incidents via PDA, link equipment to donors, and maintain documentation in electronic systems. Maintain a clean, safe work environment, ensure supply availability, and adhere to HSE/OSHA policies, while preserving confidentiality. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience in a healthcare or related setting; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions; manual dexterity; physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds. High-Value: Blood/plasma donation, pheresis procedures, donor safety, equipment monitoring, regulatory compliance, and documentation. WorkSetup: Physical environment involves standing, walking, and exposure to hazards, with overtime and extended hours as needed.
