Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and documenting procedures. Responsibilities: ensure machine readiness, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-collection, observe and record donor reactions and process data using PDA, maintain a clean environment, and follow safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions, perform manual tasks, and work in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment. High-Value: biological collection procedures, pheresis technology, donor safety, operational compliance, and data management. WorkSetup: physical presence in a clinical or donation center; overtime and extended hours required.
