Role: Support donor pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring processes, and recording data. Responsibilities: set up and ensure proper functioning of autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, observe for adverse reactions, document incidents and donor information accurately in electronic systems, and maintain a clean, safe environment aligned with HSE and OSHA policies. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience preferably in healthcare or related fields; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, and walking frequently. High-Value: blood/plasma donation, pheresis process, equipment monitoring, donor safety, data recording, cross-training potential. Work setup: primarily on-site with extended hours and overtime as needed; PPE use required; physically demanding environment with exposure to blood-borne pathogens and chemicals.
