Responsibilities: set up and operate autopheresis equipment, monitor donors for reactions, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data in electronic systems, maintain a clean environment, and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least three months’ experience, preferably in healthcare or related field; ability to perform basic math. High-value: focus on donor collection for hyperimmune programs, with attention to safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Cross-training and bilingual skills may be preferred.
