Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support operational activities in a blood donor center by preparing and monitoring pheresis equipment and donors during the collection process. Responsibilities: set up donor machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms, accurately record data using PDA, ensure safety and compliance with health and safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and handle donor reactions or incidents. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience in medical or health environment or related education; basic math skills. High-value: blood donation, pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, safety protocols, and data recording. Work setup: physical presence in a high-paced environment, with potential overtime, standing, walking, manual dexterity, and exposure to hazardous materials.
