Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data per SOPs, maintain a clean environment, and promote safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 months’ experience in healthcare or related environment, basic math skills. High-value: role involves blood/pheresis procedures, donor safety, data management, and compliance with HSE and OSHA standards. The position may require cross-training and bilingual skills. Work setup: physical environment involves standing, walking, manual dexterity, lifting up to 25 pounds, and use of PPE; extended hours and Overtime may be needed; physical hazards include chemicals, extreme temperatures, and exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
