Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Apheresis Technician responsible for preparing, monitoring, and completing donor pheresis procedures with adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. Responsibilities: set up and operate autopheresis machines, monitor donors during procedures, respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data electronically, maintain a clean work environment, ensure supply availability, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 months of experience in healthcare or related fields, ability to perform basic math calculations.
