Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support thepheresis donor collection process by preparing equipment, monitoring procedures, and ensuring safety and compliance. Responsibilities: prep the autopheresis machine, monitor donors and respond to alarms or adverse events, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and equipment data using PDA, maintain a clean environment, and ensure adherence to safety and SOPs. Also, maintain confidentiality and may be cross-trained in other areas; bilingual skills may be required. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 months of experience, preferably in a healthcare setting; basic math skills. WorkSetup: physical presence with standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, extended hours, in a potentially hazardous environment; PPE required.
