Customer Service- Donor Support Technician

Role: Support donor pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring the process, responding to alarms, and documenting data. Responsibilities: ensure proper setup of autopheresis machines, observe donors for reactions, disconnect donors post-process, record incidents and equipment linkage via PDA, alert supervisors to flow issues, maintain compliance with SOPs, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality standards. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience in healthcare or related settings, with basic math skills. High-value: pheresis process support, donor monitoring, equipment setup, data recording, safety and compliance in a medical environment. Work setup: physically demanding, fast-paced, with exposure to bloodborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and requirement for PPE; overtime and extended hours may be necessary.
