Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Perform and monitor the pheresis process in a blood center setting, ensuring donor safety, equipment preparation, and accurate data recording. Responsibilities: prepare donors, equipment, and supplies; monitor donors and process alarms; disconnect donors post-procedure; respond to reactions; use PDA for incident recording and linking equipment to donors; maintain a clean environment and ensure safety policies; document data per SOPs; and support hyper immune programs if applicable. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience in healthcare or related fields; basic math skills; ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols. Preferred: bilingual skills may be advantageous.
