Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing donors, equipment, and monitoring the pheresis process to ensure safety and compliance. Responsibilities include setting up and managing autopheresis machines, overseeing donor reactions, accurately recording data via PDA, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment. The technician also ensures proper documentation and communicates issues to supervisors, supporting hyper immune programs if applicable. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least three months of experience in medical or health-related settings or comparable education. Basic math skills required. High-value details: Focus on blood or plasma donation procedures, with emphasis on donor safety, process monitoring, and data management in a biopharma or blood center context. Cross-training and bilingual skills may be preferred. Work setup: On-site position with a pay range of $16.61 to $18.13 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
