Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Supportpheresis donor processing by preparing equipment, monitoring procedures, and documenting incidents. Responsibilities: ensure proper setup of autopheresis machines, monitor donors during the process, respond to alarms, record data via PDA, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 months' experience in medical or health environment or related education, basic math skills. High-Value: experience in blood or plasma donation settings, familiarity with pheresis procedures, bloodborne pathogen safety protocols. WorkSetup: physically demanding, requires standing and walking up to 100%, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, extended hours, potential exposure to hazardous chemicals and bloodborne pathogens, personal protective equipment required.
