Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing and monitoring equipment and donors, ensuring safety and compliance. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms/signals, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data accurately, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure safety protocols are followed. May be cross-trained and bilingual skills could be required. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 monthsβ experience, preferably in medical or healthcare settings; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions, manual dexterity, and physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
