Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and recording data. Responsibilities include setting up autopheresis machines, responding to alarms, disconnecting donors post-procedure, observing donor reactions, and documenting incidents via PDA to ensure accurate donor records. Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety policies, and ensure supply readiness. May be cross-trained and bilingual skills could be required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 months’ experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills. High-value specifics: supportive role in plasma pheresis, handling donors, ensuring safety and compliance with HSE/OSHA, working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to biohazards. Work setup: physical presence required with occasional extended hours and overtime.
